Daniel Bachir, LLB, GDLP

Lawyer

Daniel is a jack of all trades. A proud graduate of the University of Western Sydney and admitted to practice in 2016, began his foray into the law in 2013 in the (then) Department of the Attorney General and Justice assisting a diverse spread of customers in Family Law, Care and Protection Law, Criminal Law and Civil and Consumer Law. He then moved into private practice with carriage of high-volume litigation in the Local Court of New South Wales before taking up a position at a boutique CBD Corporate, Commercial and Taxation Law practice. Following a brief stint in Insurance Litigation, Daniel brought his dizzying array of expertise to Teddington Legal in 2017.

He has regularly advised and acted for high net worth individuals and SME’s in Corporate Structuring and Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround, Asset Protection, Commercial and Residential real property transactions, Franchising, Building and Construction Law, Business Sales and Acquisitions, ATO and State Revenue audits/investigations, White Collar/Corporate Crime prosecutions, Commercial and Equity Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, Intellectual Property and Trade Practices disputes, Wills and Succession Planning, and Summary Criminal matters. Daniel is essentially a walking, talking full-service law practice. He hates Personal Injury work with a passion and vowed never to peruse a medical report ever again (even his own).

When he’s not obsessing over your matter or trying in vain to resurrect long-forgotten common law principles, he’s playing the guitar, eating a kebab, or annoying Kyrillos about Egypt’s lack of trees.
